I think it's fine. Since a lot of people have been using Talonflame, be prepared for experienced users to have a counter for it.

In my opinion though Talonflame and Rotom-W can be replaceable since I consider them to be WAY overused (as in a lot of people have one or the other in their team). However, it is your choice to use them. Do not be discouraged by my opinion to not use them.

Just wondering though, other than Talonflame, what roles do each pokemon serve?
U-Turn is better than Roost for Band Talonflame. Talonflame is really not going to use Roost much at all, since a Talonflame locked into Roost isn't really doing anything. The only situation I could think of it switching Talonflame it, roosting, and switching back out again, but really that is a wasted opportunity that you could have used switching into a better Pokemon for the situation or using a move that will be more useful than wasting 3 turns healing Talonflame (and chances are there are Rocks up, and if so, you won't even be healing anything).
U-Turn builds up momentum, and maintains offensive pressure, especially with Scarf Rotom who can Volt Switch.
Also, I highly recommend you use Sucker Punch and Play Rough over the Fang moves on Mawile. Play Rough offers you a higher base power STAB move, better coverage, and more. Sucker Punch goes incredibly well with Swords Dance, as it allows you to move first a hopefully grab a KO you otherwise would not have gotten because you are slower.
By the way, what is the point in Protect on Ferrothorn? You aren't running Leech Seed, Toxic, etc. on any of your Pokemon, so other than seeing what the Pokemon is going to do, Protect is redundant. Use Thunder Wave instead; it supports Mawile and Tyranitar who are slow. Power Whip AND Gyro Ball on the same set is inadvisable as well; keep Gyro Ball and put Leech Seed on it over Power Whip, since it gives you a way to recover HP in a way that isn't Leftovers. You might also want to use a Relaxed Nature and 0 Speed IVs. It makes you slower, giving Gyro Ball more power. Ferrothorn won't be moving before anything anyway.
If you have choice band on talonflame GET RID OF ROOST!

Hello! Infernapeburn here. I like to think that I am pretty good at teambuilding, so I would like to help out with this one.

First impression:

Good, but a few flaws that I see that should be fixed. When you take into account that this is your first team, it's extremely good. Most of the stuff I will say has already been said.

Tyranitar:

Assault Vest T-Tar is very good. However, try replacing Fire Blast and Ice Beam for Earthquake and Brick Break. Uninvested, his Special Attack is not the best. Alternatively, you could use Power-Up Punch to boost attack if you want. However, I recommend Brick Break for more power. Outrage is a poosibility if you want.

Togekiss:

I HATE PARAFLINCH TOGEKISS. So, you're good to go here. Maybe Kee Berry because that is annoying because it raises Defense.

Ferrothorn:

Personally, I prefer Rocky Helmet over Leftovers for the extra damage. Like fizz said, use Relaxed Nature and 0 Speed IV's. That way, Gyro Ball will do more damage. Also, take out Stealth Rock and Protect for Leech Seed and Thunder Wave. Protect is useless as no one on your team has Toxic. Stealth Rock needs to go as Defog clears SR on both sides of the field. Thunder Wave for support and Leech Seed for residual damage.

Talonflame:

Like fizz said, Roost is terrible on a CB set. Try out U-Turn instead. I also prefer Me First over Steel Wing. Lolwut you had a Dragon?

Mawile:

I recommend Sucker Punch and Play Rough over the fang moves, like fizz said. Play Rough is a great reliable STAB move, and Sucker Punch is great because it allows you to get some priority off.

Rotom-W:

Thunderbolt over HP Ice. All I have to say here.

Hope I helped!

Why thunder wave and gyro ball
T-wave for support for Mawile and T-Tar, like fizz said, and Gyro Ball is Ferrothorn's best means of attacking
Thanks!
But thunder wave decreases Gyro Ball so it sucks
And why would the pokemon who isnt paralyzed OHKO the other before that
Oh. well, power whip in place of either, then!
