Scizor makes a better Mega than Alakazam. Give Alakazam a Life Orb and Scizor the Scizorite.
Also I think Togekiss would benefit from Aura Sphere > Dazzling Gleam, otherwise it's walled by steel types.
You could have made it an answer with the proper sets and all. I would have given you an upvote.
Nah too lazy. :P
Your team has a perfect balance both offensive and defensive.

Your Noivern is a special offensive threat, but if you are facing a Slowbro and it knows Ice Beam, you are not in good shape so maybe something like U-Turn could be nice on it. Since STAB is not needed to knock out a Noivern, you can displace Focus Blast. Flamethrower is always a good move though so keep it.

Alakazam is also a huge special threat and Mega  evolving it makes it even faster and more dangerous. Unfortunately you lose that amazing ability Magic Guard and gain Trace, which is risky in competitives. Its moveset is great. It can be a nice sweeper with that Calm Mind.

Rotom-W is a great Pokémon for competitive battles due its single weakness. Causing burn, escaping from Grass-type attacks with Volt Switch and healing fully with Rest is a great combo. And with Bold nature and evs, it can eat physical moves.

Weavile, the speedy physical beast, is a fear for sure. You can get a free Swords Dance with that Focus Sash you are holding and land a strong priority Ice Shard. KA-BOOM! You can deal with Fairy-types with Poison Jab, too.

Togekiss is a huge threat for special teams. You can lower speed and use Air Slash with Serene Grace and watch the haxes coming and healing with Roost, that would be one annoying Pokémon to deal with :D.

Finally Scizor, that priority Bullet Punch with Techinician is the best part of every Scizor. Swords Dance and Bullet Punch combo is pure power. And also it's another physical wall.

If I were u I would Mega evolve Scizor, not Alakazam, because Scizor doesn't lose its Technician and you can give Alakazam a Life Orb to take the advantage of its amazing ability. Magic Guard prevents damage from Life Orb and you can still have that power boost which is awesome.
Here is a link for what Magic Guard also prevents: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Magic_Guard_(Ability)

I hope I helped :) It's 8/10 imo :).
