Hello, I am currently looking for a strong build. I am trying my best to stay away from the meta just for 3ds battles. Heres my current team.

- Boomburst

Swampert @ Leftovers

Magnezone @ Air Balloon

Noivern is one of my favourite pokemon, so thats why its in there (a lot of people keep telling my a hydreigon is better but i would defiantly like to keep it on my team)
I have had quite a lot of trouble with Grass types and overall my team is quite slow, any ideas to make this team better?

Please let me know what you think (:
(ps im a bit of a newb when it comes to this stuff)

4 Weaknesses to Ground, so if you lose Novern you dont have anything to switch to when facing a Pokemon with Earth Power/Earthquake, and Spikes would wreck your entire team. either get some balloons going or change some Pokemon.
:| I was never the best with building teams idk what to switch

First of all you really need a spinner/defogger (especially if you are using volcarona). I'd suggest replacing swampert with excadrill as it does its job much better. I's recommend the set you previously mentioned, except replacing x-scissor with rapid spin. I'd also take noivern off and put a latios on with a set that goes something like this:
Latias @ Life Orb/Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor/Roost
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Thunderbolt

Your magnezone set also needs to be changed. Instead of analytic, I would run magnet pull to deal with skarmory, scizor, and ferrothorn
[email protected] Scarf
EVs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
Modest Nature
-Thunderbolt
-Flash Cannon
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power Fire

On Medicham, I would say replace Drain Punch with High Jump Kick (you'll miss out on a lot of OHKOs). Bullet Punch is alright, but I would recommend replacing it with one of the elemental punches.

By replacing Swampert with Excadrill and Noivern with Latias,  you now have both a spinner and defogger, which is a bit redundant.

My suggestion might be to keep Swampert (Excadrill sky rockets an undesireable Ground weakness) and give Latios Surf instead of Thunderbolt as again, ground weakness is overwhelming.

This team would still have a Ghost weakness, which is getting popular due to the boost it got this gen
