If you're going to use Mega Houndoom, he should be on a sun team. You should have a sun setter. I suggest Torkoal:

Torkoal @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Rapid Spin
- Will-O-Wisp

This is what I use for my Mega Houndoom team.

Okay, well, I have time for a quick rate. Changes to your team will be in bold.

[email protected] Rocky Helmet

image
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SDef / 8 Def
Sassy Nature
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protect

I modified your Ferrothorn to act more as a special wall than an attacker. EVs make you bulkier, while the nature buffs Sp. Defence and powers up Gyro Ball. Since he is no longer an attacker, Power Whip was replaced with Leech Seed to provide recovery (you could also replace Gyro Ball and keep Power Whip, as it gives your team a more favourable matchup against Rotom-W. Finaly, Spikes were redundant so Protect was added, allowing you to scout and recover some HP via Leech Seed.

[email protected] Focus Sash

image
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Will-o-Wisp
- Taunt/Disable

To be honest, Dusklops has fallen from glory. There are many new threats than make him unviable as a staller anymore, and he is completely outclassed by Mega Sableye. I can't put Sableye on your team, however, so I suggest Gengar. Focus Sash lets him get off one Will-o-Wisp, hopefully. Taunt cripples walls while Disable can make a variety of havoc. Sludge Bomb and Shadow Ball are powerful STAB attacks. Gengar is much more suited to the world of Hyper Offense than Dusklops.

[email protected] Houndoomite

image
Ability: Flash Fire > Solar Power
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Hidden Power [Rock]/Destiny Bond

Houndoom I left mostly untouched. I simply changed Flamethrower to Fire Blast for more power and HP Grass to either HP Rock to defeat Mega Charizard Y (without Focus Blast) in the Sun or Destiny Bond for when you're on your last legs.

[email protected] Leftovers
image
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SDef
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Toxic
- Slack Off

Vaporeon, as much as I love her, had to go. There are simply better bulky Waters than her, such as Slowbro. Slowbro handles the physical side of things while Ferro handles the special. Scald is to spread Burns on theopposing team, and Ice Beam is coverage. Toxic can shut down walls and assist in getting some KOs. Slack Off + Leftovers + Regenerator makes Slowbro really, really hard to deal with.

[email protected] Choice Specs

image
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 184 HP / 252 SpA / 72 SDef
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Ground]

The way you built your Sylveon, it could tip one of two ways: offensive or defensive. You already have plaenty of bulk on the team, so I changed her to Specs Sylvon. HP Ground was the only modification to eliminate Fire-, Steel-, and Poison-types.

[email protected] Assault Vest

image
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball**

Manectric functions best as a Mega Special Attacker, not an AV Pokémon. Raikou, however, gets the exact same ability and better stats. Thunderbolt is primary STAB and Volt Switch can get you out of a jam. HP Ice nails Ground-types and Dragons, and Shadow Ball provides extra coverage.

Sorry if I made to many changes, but some of your Pokémon were simply inferior to others. Overall, the concept of your team is great, but the Pokémon you chose were second-best, not number one.

while I agree with a lot of those changes, they are really good. but the Raikou? why a legendary? there are some betters out there than running a legendary in a team. its really just uncalled for. if anything maybe a elektross. it gets the levitate ability so there goes the only weakness of it.
I also like the changes, and like running with this team. That is my problem also as I don't really enjoy using legendaries, none-the-less this is an amazing improvement.
thankyou for your time and effort, appreciate it:)
Why does everyone hate using Legendaries? There's nothing wrong with them, and they're used all the time in tiered play. Just because it's Legendary doesn't automatically make it OP. It's a common thing to do and there's nothing wrong with it.

Sorry for my mini-rant. Anyways, Eelektross does make a decent replacement.. Here's my recommended set:

[email protected] Assault Vest
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Atk / 252 HP
Quiet Nature
- Volt Switch
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
You're welcome :D No hard feelings about the Legendary thing?

Very true indeed ;)
