asked by
please give more specific EVs (like "252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe")
First, I don't think Gengar can get levitate. Second, return is much better than aerial ace on Salamence, especially since aerilate boosts its power. Third, there's no point in using naive over adamant on Blaziken. Fourth, sleep is usually too short for nightmare to be good. Replace Gengar's nightmare with sludge bomb.
Gengar can get levitate from generation 6  and before
This is obviously a Generation 7 team.
I'd run Focus Blast or Dazzling Gleam over Thunderbolt and swap Hypnosis for Destiny Bond for your Gengar. If your running Substitute on Serperior use Leftovers over Big Root. For your Blaziken run Flare Blitz over Blaze Kick as the power difference between the the two moves is quite noticeable.
