The best defensive pivot for you would probably be Tangrowth, as Tangrowth has good stats and regenerator, and Tangrowth can switch into attacks that threaten some of your other Pokemon. Also, Electivire is pretty badly outclassed by Tapu Koko. Replace Charizard's dragon pulse with roost for healing, and give it timid nature to outspeed more stuff. Replace Greninja's grass knot, surf, and dark pulse with gunk shot to resist grass and fairy, spikes to resist electric and lay hazards, and u-turn to ease predicting switches. Give it 252 Atk/4 SpA 252 Spe naive to power up gunk shot and u-turn. Make sure it's male and not shiny, or opponents will easily be able to tell that it's not battle bond. Replace Garchomp's poison jab, stone edge, and dragon rush with swords dance to boost physical attack, outrage for better accuracy, and stealth rock to lay hazards. Give it a dragonium z to power up outrage and jolly nature to outspeed more stuff. Replace Tyranitar's thunder punch with pursuit to more certainly hit dark-weak opponents. Give it a choice band to power up its attacks and 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe adamant to outspeed walls.
Your team looks good so far, but there is super weak to fairy type. The only pokemon in your team who can take fairy moves are Electawire and Charizard. And the only move you have to deal againgst fairy types is poison jab. And then, there are water types, who can take out half of your team. If I were to choose, the best choice would be Ferothorn or Metagross. But I think ferothorn is better, cuz he has extremely high defence, both stealth rock and spikes as egg moves, explosion for when he drops to low health, gyro ball for his horrible 20 base speed, and power whip upon evolution. Ev points should be based on your teams needs, so you can ev train it however you think is best, just don't go for speed and sp. attack. And nature should probably be brave for that bonus attack and gyro ball power.
He specifically asked for a pivot. Ferrothorn can't heal itself outside of leech seed (which is unreliable because pivots work best when they only stay in one or two turns) and can't learn any switching moves.
You definitely need to consider adding some kind of wall to your team. Ferrothorn or an eviolite chansey would be optimal
Or a check to mega manectric, as it pretty much solos your team if it has HP ice
