Venomoth @ Black Sludge
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Baton Pass
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
Venomoth is usually the guy setting up buffs for Chandelure and Starmie. There is potential for this one to become a sweeper, but Starmie and Chandelure just do a better job.

Chandelure (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Energy Ball
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
The main sweeper of the team. Nothing too special.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 248 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
The second sweeper. There's also recover, which may assist Starmie in lasting longer.

Crobat (M) @ BrightPowder
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fly
- Whirlwind
- Double Team
- Confuse Ray
This Pokemon serves as an annoyance, hence confuse ray, bright powder, and double team. Easily countered by Haze users, however.

Drifblim (M) @ Flame Orb
Ability: Flare Boost
EVs: 8 HP / 248 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
Filler pokemon.

Goodra (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpD / 24 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Infestation
- Rest
- Rain Dance
- Sludge Bomb
Another filler Pokemon, and I don't use this guy a lot. It could have some potential though.

The best purple Pokemon are Gengar, Alolan Marowak, Mewtwo, mega Sableye, Palkia, Genesect, unbound Hoopa, Tapu Fini, and Lunala. Try sticking to those Pokemon unless you're sure you really need a different purple Pokemon.

well..first,you have a great team. but if starmie knows recover give it leftovers or focus sash. Also your team is really bad to electric pokes. gliscore or mega garchomp are needed.i say get rid of driftblimp because you will have 2 flying types.(gloscore is flying too but he has ground type for support)

First, Garchomp is blue. Second, focus sash is only useful if the Pokemon is in danger of being one-shot, and recover is only useful if the Pokemon isn't in danger of being one-shot, so they're almost never good on the same Pokemon. Life orb is better than leftovers in this particular case because Starmie is a sweeper and needs as much power as it can get (but also needs the flexibility that choice specs doesn't allow). Alolan Marowak is generally better than Gliscor for electric immunity because electric attacks often come with ice attacks for the specific purpose of hitting ground Pokemon like Gliscor. Alolan Marowak can switch into both electric and ice attacks.
