Replace Hydreigon and Talonflame with Tyranitar for better offensive typing, Volcarona for better stats, and Snorlax to tank things your other Pokemon might have trouble with. Give Tapu Lele a psychium Z to let it use different moves and 4 Def/252 SpA/252 Spe timid to outspeed more stuff. Replace its thunderbolt and hidden power with protect to give free turns to teammates and taunt to prevent opponents from using protect. Give Metagross 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe jolly to hit stuff harder.

Talonflame in VGC isn’t a good idea. Only 85 attack, and mediocre defenses. Now that priority Brave Bird used twice in a row isn’t a thing anymore, or priority Roost, he’s essentially useless. Not only that, he’s 4x weak to S Rocks and Stone Edge. On Metagross-Mega, I would run Meteor Mash over Iron Head, because I don’t think Iron Head gets a Tough Claws boost. Also, for the last slot of your team, I would recommend a hazard remover like Pheromosa or a Beast Boost sweeper like Kartana.

Not any physical attack, any attack that makes contact. That excludes moves like Earthquake, Stone Edge, and every special attack but Grass Knot and Infestation (Bane of my Tough Claws Mega Aerodactyl, let me tell you). Iron Head is boosted, though. Personally, I would still go with Meteor Mash because of the potential Attack boost and the fact that it averages at slightly more damage per turn (90 power*90% accuracy=81 power on average vs Iron Head 80 power*100%accuracy=80 power on average. Minute, yeah, but it's something). But either one is a viable choice, and depending on how much that flinch chance means to you (and you luck), you might want to go with Iron Head over Meteor Mash anyway.
Pheromosa and hazard removing moves are bad in doubles. You're switching so infrequently that hazards don't really hurt and aren't worth a whole move slot to remove. Volcarona is better because it resists fairy and STAB flamethrower covers a lot of stuff.
