Here's the team. I'll add notes on what was supposed to happen after each one, then add what did.

NU FLASH FIRE - CURRENT
Aries (Whimsicott) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Infiltrator
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Moonblast
- Toxic
- Facade
- Psychic

Okay, so this guy was supposed to go in as lead and set up Toxic/Facade or smack down a Dragon with Moonblast.
...what did happen was that people latched on, used a Poison move, and then cleaned Aries off the ground.

Orakin (Delphox) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball

Literally one of my favorite Pokemon. The deal was that she had a Fairy move in case Aries was KO'ed, one move for each of her types, and Shadow Ball to deal with Psychic or Ghost types.
...she gets whacked twice with Dark moves and she's down.

Spectra (Mismagius) (F) @ Ghostium Z
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp

Also one of my favorite 'Mons. Nasty Plot sets up, Hex does the damage with Ghostium, Will-O-Wisp if she's gonna die, Dazzling Gleam... why did I stock up on Fairy moves...
Again, gets OHKO'ed by a Ghost move. Sweeeeeeeet.

Tornero (Klinklang) @ Electrium Z
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe
Mild Nature
- Shift Gear
- Gear Grind
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt

Originally here to counter Diancie and stuff. Shift Gear sets up, then Thunderbolt with Electrium or just wear away with Steel moves.
I hate this thing. It just... It's too predictable and people just slap it into oblivion. That and the fact that it generally sucks. Get this out. Please.

Romunii (Gallade) @ Grassium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- X-Scissor
- Focus Punch
- Swords Dance

Originally didn't know I could put Gallade here. I love this thing. The deal was to set up with Swords Dance, then go with either Focus Punch, X-Scissor, or Leaf Blade with Grassium.
Un fortunately, I can't set up in time and end up coming in, firing Leaf Blade at a thing, OHKO'ing it, and then paying the price next turn.

Mulvin (Vaporeon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Scald

This is my baby boy. Okay, so it's simple. Toxic something to get Poison damage, and Wish/Protect unto oblivion. Need be, use Scald for Water damage.
...I end up trying to heal someone else (almost always Aries) and getting a super-effective on it. Superb.

Here's the thing - I want to keep all the Pokemon (get Klinklang out of here, though). Is there a way to make this team work?

By the way, it'd be nice to have something with a setup like Stealth Rock and/or something to be able to get rid of Stealth Rock like Rapid Spin (just not the Hitmons please, they give me nightmares).
Do you use these in the 3DS games or on Showdown?
Well, he/she said NU so I would assume Showdown!
In that case, it will be easy to make changes.
This is the Vaporeon that I prefer:

Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Double Team
- Acid Armor
- Baton Pass
- Protect
Only problem with running Baton Pass is that Baton Pass is still banned via Smogon Clause
