I assume you can only use Gen 1 Pokémon. Are there any Pokémon, items, rules, etc. that you'll be using? :P
Are you allowed to use Mewtwo?
rules of the team:
-only gen 1 pokemon doesn't matter who is it
-not trolling team
-any item is viable
-for competitive use,  legendary can be use
yeah that would be the rule of this team and pokemon, well their can only be gen 1
In that case you should probably use Mewtwo, Chansey, Zapdos, and Mew.
They all have the Leftovers...
6 leftovers isn't good, but 5 leftovers and 1 mega stone is probably okay.
I put leftovers to everyone "FOR NOW" and I dont like using legendaries on my teams I feel like very easy to get counter
If you don't want to use legendary Pokemon, then I think the 2 best Generation 1 Pokemon would be mega Gengar and Chansey.

Well, for a start, the split from special to special defense and special attack is a very crucial factor to building a team from the 1990's to today's team. That, as well as the special and physical split, which made moves of one type bot physical and special.
First, let's start with Alakazam.
As stated, alakazam was amazing in the first generation because of it's ability to take hits from special mon, such as other alakazam, exeguttor, gengar, lapras, starmie, etc.. However, since it doesn't have that same special defense, you probably shouldn't run a leftovers set. Either run a mega alakazam, or use mewtwo instead. It seems like you want to run specially defensive, so you should try mewtwo y. sample sets below:
Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Recover
- Shadow Ball
OR
Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite Y
Ability: Unnerve
IVs: 1 Atk
EVs: 40 Def / 216 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psystrike
- Ice Beam/ Hidden Power [Rock]
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
This can check charizard, chansey (although about a 2-3 hit ko), exeggutor, gengar, starmie, alakazam, cloyster, golem, jinx, lapras (if carrying hp rock), rhydon, snorlax, Taurous, zapdos, arcanine (with hp rock), dragonite, potentially stopping an articauno blizzard (with hp rock), a charizard sweep (with hp rock), gyarados, machamp, molters (with hp rock), nidoking and nidoqueen, mum, poliwrath, and tentacruel.

However, Pokemon like mega Aerodactyl can outspeed and get the 2hko on mewtwo, meaning that a full invested attack and speedy 252 Atk Mega Aerodactyl will run through your team. That's why you need golem.

golem is a solidly defensive pokemon, that has the capability to explode on opponents, and take a hit from Mega Aerodactyl with even earthquake and hit back with a devastating stone edge, which can is a guaranteed ko. 252 Atk Golem Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Aerodactyl-Mega: 356-420 (118.2 - 139.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO. Here's a sample set:
Golem @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
-sucker punch
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Explosion
Not only does it knock out the fastest Pokemon in gen 1, it also provides strong counters to the electric type Pokemon, such as jolteon and zapdos. It also provides strong checks to Pokemon such as mega alakazam, with sucker punch, and explosion can easily remove chansey, lapras, jinx, starmie, and Tarous.

Also, you may want to change your gengar set. One minor adjustment; change leftovers into a choice scarf to get rid of mega alakazam easily. However, I would change dazzling gleam to something else, like focus blast, to switch in a kill chansey.
Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

So, you have a defensive Pokemon in golem, but what you don't have is a special defensive Pokemon, and there could be no other better Pokemon for that than chansey. I keep talking about checking this Pokemon with focus blast, but I cannot stress the importance of it. It can take a hit from Pokemon such as magneton, mega blastoise, mewtwo y, and even the dreaded wall breaker charizard y with drought fire blast and a super effective focus blast. Sample set:
Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- protect
- Soft-Boiled
I wouldn't know if toxic stalling would be counted as "trolly" but just let's go with it. All I'll say about chansey is that it's bulk can be used as a reliable pivot against ghost types and special attackers, as well as a few physical ones because of evolite and investments in defense.

Now, it seems like you like your leftovers, so I have a set 4 u. It's clefable with calm mind that you could use as a sweeper. it's basically a check to a machamp, venusaur, and dragonite.
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- ice beam/psychic

Since you have a special sweeper, you should have a physical sweeper, and I believe that charizard is a good choice for this.
Charizard @ Leftovers
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Roost
- Dragon Dance
- Fire Punch
- Brick Break
Since most charizards are ran specially these days, a physical charizard can set up and surprise the opponent with a dragon dance, and roost to recover hp after a hit.
