What are the format and EVs?
My what?
The format is the set of rules you're following. So are you playing singles or doubles? Are there any Pokemon, moves, or abilities that you don't want to use?
EVs are things that you put in a Pokemon's stats. When a Pokemon is level 100, it takes 4 EVs to raise a stat by 1 point. You can read more about EVs here. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Effort_values
What tier is this for? What are the EVs on your Pokémon? At first I thought this was an RU team but then I saw Haxorus which is UU, if this was a mistake then make sure you change that. Also, you have no rocker and some of the moveset choices are suboptimal.
Oh well I really like triple battles, but they seem to work really good on double and single battles. I was looking up how to check evs, so I'll answer that when I get there. No I do have a haxourus on my team, and even though he's only ~lvl 70 at the moment, he is still my powerhouse (high attack, decent speed). Also what were those sub optimal move choices, and what moves should I replace them with?
We give different advice for different formats, so if you want to use this team in singles, doubles, and triples, then you should post 3 copies of this team, 1 for each format.
Are there any Pokemon, moves, or abilities that you can't use? Do you use any other rules?
Well yeah but it's rules that a lot of people follow such as no legendary or mythical pokemon, no super beasts/ guardians, and no friendly fire without consent of the ally. (though if someone has like telepathy it's okay) btw why does  everyone ban baton pass? Aren't moves like volt switch better
Do you want other people to rate this team for singles or doubles? Remember, if you want both, you should post 2 copies of this team (in 2 separate threads).
By the way, here's why baton pass got banned in some Smogon formats, though I don't know about whatever format you're playing. https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/baton-pass-in-sm-ou.3604290/
Baton Pass is overpowered because it also passes stat boosts. So if you used Swords Dance and then baton pass, the Pokémon you switched into would be +2 in attack. This can be used to accumulate stat boosts over a battle and then go into a Pokémon with an insanely strong stored power or simply pass speed boosts to Pokémon like mega mawile, mega heracross, xurkitree, etc. who are really limited by their speed. Also I don’t understand those rules of yours. Most of the tapus and ultra beasts are perfectly balanced, with Pheromosa and maganadel being the only overpowered ones (and neither are overpowered in triples, only in singles). Most legendaries and mythical are weaker than regular Pokémon as well, it’s only box legendaries and some mythical like Arceus and genesect that are really overpowered. So not to be rude but your rule set makes no sense and doesn’t follow any Smogon or battle spot rules.
Baton Pass is banned because it passes Stat boosts, substitute, and a fer other things that it makes hard for anyone who doesn't use Baton Pass or Unaware to break, and therefore is so centralizing that It makes the game not fun. When the game isn't fun, less people play it. Using Baton Pass is like using the Stone Goat thing from Worms Clan Wars; it is an unhealthy practice for most metagames. :P

Ok so from what I can tell this really isn’t meant for competitive since you’re bringing up levels. My bad for assuming that. Still, if you care about the quality of your team you must be doing some PvP battles. As for your suboptimal moveset choices, there are quite a few. There’s no reason to have both thunder and wild charge on luxray, and throat chop is probably fine but IMO crunch is a better choice, and to replace thunder, maybe fire fang. Noivern’s moveset idea is generally fine but I would recommend Draco meteor over dragon pulse, also focus Blast would be better for coverage than dark pulse despite the bad accuracy. For Salazar venoshock is only really useful when the opponent is poisoned, but since Salazzle is so frail it will rarely get a chance to use toxic safely. Lycanroc is generally fine but drill run would be better than iron head, and I personally prefer fire fang over thunder fang (though thunder fang is perfectly fine as well). I really think one of the best aspects about Lycanroc is accerlerock though so it would be nice to find one way to fit that in. Iron tail and poison Jab both do the same thing for Haxorus: eliminating fairies. So you don’t need both, replace one (preferably iron tail) with dragon dance. If Torterra is the team tank you really need a form of recovery, so replace iron tail with synthesis. Since you’re doing triples stealth rock isn’t too important.

So you don’t have to change all of these if you don’t want to, as I would imagine breeding new Pokémon with the correct abilities and hidden powers and stuff would be tedious, but I would recommend at least making changes for some of these.
