What format?
I'm pretty sure OU
Don’t use special Metagross. In fact, considering that this looks like OU, you’re probably better off not using Metagross at all, and instead using something like Excadrill or Magearna. But if you must use Metagross, use a physical set:

Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Hammer Arm
- Bullet Punch / Thunder Punch / Ice Punch (poison coverage is really only good against fairy types, which Meteor Mash already hits)
Wait a second, a Sandstorm team without a Pokémon using Sandstorm?
It has sand stream Gigalith.

Im not the best at sand teams but I'll give it a shot.
I'm gunna guess this is OU based on the Pokemon you have. Most of your sets need work so here's my changes.

Krookodile should be scarfed to give some speed control outside of sand. Speaking of which where is excadrill?
Here's a set that I got off smogon.
Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge

Honestly hippowdon does his job better imo. But if your stuck on gigalith a moveset change is in need. RU set from smogon. Bulky stealth rock setter. You can use rock blast over stone miss to break subs.
Gigalith @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Kommo-o needs a better set as well. I'd use Dragon dance poison jab for fairies clanging scales with the Z crystal and drain punch for recovery with a 252 attack/speed 4 special attack naive nature.

You need a special attacker but metagross? Back in gen 3 he was a good mixed attacker but now it's better to go physical or mixed with hp. A good replacement is alakazam with magic guard and life orb.

Nidoking should be changed to special to balance your physical/special some. Earth power, ice beam, thunderbolt and sludge wave gets amazing coverage. You could also mix in fire blast somewhere but it all depends on the rest of the team.

Garchomp shouldn't have a defense lowering nature when he's not using special attacks. Even if he did with fire blast you still go jolly. A good set would be this.
Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Fang

Honestly your team is wrecked by opposing weather, any bulky water type and plenty of grass types but those changes should help some.
Good luck!
