I think that your gengar really relies on the opponent being poisoned for his moves to work, so I recommend teaching one of your pokemon toxic spikes so that every time they enter the field they are automatically poisoned. for your sixth pokemon, I would reccomend perhaps a nidoking because your team is currently very vulnerable to electric, which is currently very common. you could also use a hippowdon because it is an amazing toxic Staller with slack off, and your team seems to be full of sweepers. Some types you could benefit from are:
Ground, Electric, and ice.

Thank you so much for your reply! I agree with you that I should get a ground type. I'll definitely get a nikoking! I'll also remove some of the stat raising moves because realistically I only need 1 or 2 sweepers and finding a toxic spikes Pokémon should be easy enough! Again, thank you so much for the help as I really needed a opinion on my team! :)

Ps: Do I need a fire type on my team?
but nidoking isn't in sword and shield

Fire covers ice, grass, bug, steel. Steel could be a problem, but you have all of the others covered.
Also, if you are on sword and shield, there are not many good options, but a good mono-poison is garbodor (I know its living trash). And in sword and shield hippowdon cannot learn toxic :(
