Why are you concerned about dealing with OU teams... in Ubers?

My suggestion would be to go for a timid Greninja. Since it has no physical attack, there is no need to lower its special defense

For Groudon, I think replace overheat with something else since you chose adamant to be its nature. A fire punch maybe

On Mewtwo, go for a psyhock instead of zen headbutt. You chose timid nature which reduces attack. Psyshock targets its defense and it's based on Mewtwo's special attack, which is much higher than its attack

Oops my bad. Since it's Mewtwo X, maybe consider going for a jolly nature instead and replace ice beam with ice punch. Also, consider my previous suggestion and go for Mewtwo Y instead since it is a shiny

Timid with Gunk Shot and 4 Atk EVs? I would recommend Extrasensory instead, for when you use Dark Pulse. Then put the 4 Atk EVs into a defensive stat.
