I feel you are trying to mix both tanking and defensive sets which isnt the best idea.
You could use many other sets with better sucsess.

252Hp 252Def 4Speed
-Ice Beam

@Choice Scarf
4Hp 252SpAtk 252Speed
-Ice Beam
-Focus Blast
-Perish Song

@Choice Specs
4Hp 252SpAtk 252Speed
-Ice Beam
-Hidden Power Grass
-Focus Blast

These are what i tend to use try them out and if you want more just ask.

Leftovers? Timid nature gives it incredible speed, Choice specs will be your best option in this case.
Life orb can also be used.
Shadow Ball will give more coverage for the now useless Heal Bell.

Ok up to this point i dont know a thing about this guy....
But i do notice 4 pokemon so far, 4 Specail sweepers.
Try balance out the offence more and add in Gyarados maybe.

Jolteon Absorbs the electric attacks.
Gyarados in Ou in rain works similar to Ho-oH in sun it hurts and people should use it more.
1 dragon dance is all you need to wreck havoc.
Comment if you want a set im guessing the sets fairly obvious.

Ok so now youve edited you have 6 special sweepers?
Im gonna replace this guy as hes doing nothing more than politoed really.

252Hp/Def 252Atk 4Def/Hp
-Drain Punch
-Bulk Up
-Mach Punch
No real benefits from Rain but set up is easy and it hits incredibly hard as well as being able to absorb toxics and wil o wisps giving it a 1.5atk boost.

252atk 252speed
-Mach Punch
-Bullet Seed
-Swords Dance
Common in rain for fire weakness loss but it still wont suvive a fire attack its very frail.
But set up is incredibly easy and will be easy against walls and such.
Mach punch with +2 and technition and stab will ohko half of ou which means even a 2hko on some pokemon even those who resist.

Evs- Im not sure havent looked at it in a while but investment in hp is needed.
-Sucker Punch
-Swords Dance
-Drain Punch
-Ice Punch
Hydration +leftovers gives you around 1/8 healing each turn as well as the power to come in on a politoed who cant touch you, but instead heal you.
They are forced to switch which is your chance to boost.
+2 sucker punch with stab seriously hurts and will 2hko almost everything as will Drain Punch but they are more likely to land the ohkos, rocks support would be good though.

@Choice Band
252hp 252atk 4speed
-Bullet Punch
-Brick Break/Superpower
This set seriously hurts and bullet punch is good for crippling the new birds as it will do serious damage to them being a 2hko at most.
Pusuit deals with starmie who trolls your team.

Ok i think i gave you enough there you could also try cloyster.

But Scizor or a fighting pokemon is needed as Blissey and Chansey just walk over this team.

This guy is boss in rain :D
But you are not utilizing rain.

@Choice Scarf/Life orb(Prefebly scarf)
4Hp 252Atk 252Speed
-Draco Meteor
This set utilizes rain to the full and very well to add.
Surf gets boost, thunder hurts bad as does stab meteor, Psyshock will hit chanseys harder.

No rocks? Well as im ending you dont have to but could try fit this guy in somewhere.

252hp 252spdef
-Iron head
-Stealth rock
Set works great, you may also want to try Chansey or Blissey they both get rocks, i think.
I rocker is essential to land kills on this team.

Anyway nice team.

For Toxicroak: Hydration does not heal, it cures status ailments at the end of the turn. You are thinking of Dry Skin. And instead of Leftovers, give it Black Sludge.
-___- my bad thanks, black sludge is a good idea but the only reason people use it is for trick users who can easyly just trick it back onto another pokemon leaving me with a scarfed toxicroak and a possible poisoned politoed. :)
oo ok. gotcha. good mind
