Taunt already stops Rest.
Okay, I don't understand why in the world people do this. Forretress is a hazard layer, and a spinner I get it, but chances of you getting all your hazards out are very slim. Choose either Stealth Rock + Toxic Spikes, or Spikes + Toxic Spikes, or Spikes + Stealth Rock. Volt switch is also nice just in case someone starts setting up on you because you're trying to maximize hazards which probably will not come into play when someone's at +6. Yeah you have red card, it's a good item, but please choose 2 hazards on forretress only.
I always go with S-Rock and Spikes.
Toxic spikes is just temptation and in ubers is inaffective with allot of pokemon being bale to avoid it and even then not doing any substancial amount of damage for at least 3 turns.
Sr is the best way to go along with spikes pokemon in ubers are bulky layers of t-spikes are not helping land ko's in the short run when they are really needed.
