Hi.... I have some suggestions about your RMT
Well, I wouldn’t put hydro cannon on Samurott, since it needs recharge, and surf is a more dependable STAB. I would also switch X-Scissor for Megahorn

-Outrage/Dragon Claw/Draco Meteor---Note that Outrage costs ten green shards, in Nacrene city
-Earthquake--Much better than Aerial Ace
Ampharos is fine… I like your cotton guard+Electro Ball strategy
Give Charizard thunderpunch, and Earthquake over Flame burst and Shadow Claw
Suggestions for new pokemon:
Mienshao--relatively easy to obtain(where you catch terrakion) and train, fairly tough
-Drain Punch
-U-turn
-Ariel Ace/Fake Out
-Force Palm
Excadrill--Really powerful, easy to obtain(victory road dust clouds, or drilburs in other caves)
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Swords dance/X-scissor
-Brick Break
