Gamestop always has it. It still will sell for up to 40 dollars so you might be dissapointed with the price.

I bought my Emerald for only $7.50 at EB Games.

Emerald is a dated game now, so I doubt HMV would have it. Gen III Pokemon is hard to come across in stores nowadays. It's hard enough to find these games at dedicated game stores like Gamestop, EB Games, etc.

It never hurts to have a look around, though!

EB games is actually a great place to find them. It will usually have three or so Pokemon games for the GB or GBA.
