My eevee was happy at night time,but he still wouldnt evolve into umbreon in B&W2,why is that?

You have to level him up in the night.

It may no have been at 220 happiness, unless it tried to evolve you have to got to a friendship checker to find out. Try again tonight remember it has to be from 8 PM to 4 AM.

You have to level up at night. Let your Eevee hold the Soothe Bell. If you have any Rare Candies, use 1 of them.

If it won't evolve because it isn't happy enough an easy and quick way to make it love you is to use the barber shop in Join Avenue. I hatched an Eevee yesterday and not long after it had hatched I had it at 100% happiness using this method.
