Dragonite is a good choice, with 134 attack and 80 speed.
It also learns Dragon Dance, which boosts it's attack and speed even more.

what? salamence and garchomp are faster, and some legendaries that are usable like terrakion are also faster than dragonite

He clearly said "NON LEGENDARY POKEMON", so Terrakion isn't an option.
