Question

This just came to mind when I was reading something on the move quick attack and I noticed all the Pokemon that learned it and I thought "What is the most most learned move..." and with thought I took it here.

Protect, Hidden Power and Toxic. I have checked.

Every single Pokemon excluding Ditto, Magikarp and Smeargle learn these moves thus meaning these Three moves are most learnt. Bare in mind, Ditto can Transform into a Pokemon with these moves. And with Smeargle, it can Sketch these Three moves into its Moveset.
