Tisk, tisk, tisk. This team has almost no type coverage. And I don't mean the Pokemon type themselves, I mean the moves. Differentiate to deal with a wide range of foes. Get out either Nidoqueen or Nidoking for something like Gengar, you don't need two Pokemon of the same type. Also, get out Seviper for Roserade, to deal with Ground foes. You also need much better movesets, which you can find around the site.

You don't need both Nidoking and Nidoqueen, just choose one. I prefer to choose Nidoking and you could add thunderbolt to it for cover water weakness... and change Arbok with Weezing, thanks to his levitate ability he only have 1 weakness...
EDIT: Like trachy said, you better add Gengar and Roserade to your team! both has incredible Sp. Attack stat...
