Question

I am EV training My Treecko in SS and I want to trin it on water pokemon that it can beat easily. However, I want my Sceptile to have a SUPER STRONG leaf blade or a super strong Giga Drain so I want to EV train either his attack or sp. attack, or both. Where, who and what levels are the best pokemon with high attack ev's and high sp. attack ev's. Tell Me Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, because you want easy one-hit kills, go train on Psyducks and Golducks for Special Atk. :) Ilex Forest has some if you surf on it.

Krabby are found around lv. 20 at Olivine town for attack. Gastly is the best for special attack, first found at the sprout tower.

For attack you could try Route 1 with Sentret and Spinarak. They are low level so really easy to beat.

For special attack, your best bet is to beat Gastly/Haunter in the Sprout Tower or Bell Tower.
