I'd say no. There best stats are totally different. Mamanbuo has 2 evs in hp, and has a VERY high hp stat. hp is one of Luvdisc's worst stats, it's more speed, and if it was to evolve it would probably keep most of that speed, and keep swift swim, which it does not. They look very similar, but, your eyes can deceive you. Keep in mind- every time a new evolution is introduced, there is a new stone or item to go with it. We have heard nothing about any new evolutionary items, further ruducing the chances that luvdisc evolves into Mamanbuo.
