It's...interesting. :S

This is actually a pretty typical moveset among beginners. However, there are many slips. For one, you have three Fire-type attacks and a Normal-type attack. What would happen if you you went up against a Rock-type? Yeah, you're screwed. You need different attacks to suit your stats.

Flamethrower is potent and reliable, so keep it. If you really want to keep Rock Climb, then go ahead. It's got less-than-desired Accuracy, but it's strong, and can confuse the foe. If you want to get rid of it, then put Return on it for a Normal-type alternative or Psychic (TM29) for great coverage.

For two other attacks, there are a few options. Faint Attack is a pretty good Dark-type attack. Thunderpunch rids a major weakness. A Fighting-type attack (Brick Break, Cross Chop, etc) can prove useful against the aforementioned Rock-types; Iron Tail can also cover these Rock-types. Will-O-Wisp is great for compensating for low Defense stat on Magmar; There are countless options!

Hope I helped!

You don't need 3 fire type moves. If I had Golem you would be toast. Maybe Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, High Jump Kick, and Rockslide
