Blastoise:
Surf, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Return/Brick Break. This Will Be A Nice Starter Set:)

Fearow: Return, Drill Peck, Agility, Leer... Nice Will:)

Arcanine: Flamethrower, Extremespeed, Iron Tail, Aerial Ace/Crunch/Bite. Classic.

Alakazam: Psychic, Recover, Reflect, Shock Wave/Thunder Wave/Calm Mind. Yay.

Golem: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Brick Break(better for ice than Fire blast, being Physical), Strength/Mega Kick.

Scyther: Swords Dance, Wing Attack, Slash, Steel Wing. Yay.

Fearow: Fly (for ingame)/Drill Peck, Return, Agility, Steel Wing

Arcanine: Overheat, Extremespeed, Iron Tail, Bite

Alakazam: Psychic, Calm Mind, Recover, Trick

Golem: Earthquake, Explosion, Rock Slide, Brick Break

Scyther: Aerial Ace, Swords Dance, Quick Attack, Fury Cutter

BLASTOISE:
Withdraw is always good. Brick Break is also a good choice.

FEAROW:
Remove Hyper Beam. Right now. Shame on you. Same with Mirror Move. put Leer and Return on it.

ARCANINE:
Get Toxic off of it and put Bite / Crunch on it, if you can.

ALAKAZAM:
Shock wave and Future Sight, maybe? There are probably other options.

GOLEM:
Strength is pretty potent (Nice one on Fire Blast too!). Put Mega Punch on him, if you haven't used up the tutor by now.

SCYTHER:
Slash is a much better choice. Replace Double-Edge for it. Never use Bug-type moves in Gen III, so put Focus Energy on Scyther, and be a Crit-Abuser!
