Buizel has bad Attack, so Dig is out, and Mud Slap has horrible power, so what's the point of having coverage if you can't KO the threatening Pokemon?

Ice Beam or Ice punch (good againsts grass types)
Im keeping Dig because mud slap was too weak( electric protection
Aqua jet (STAB) or Swift
