If you have both Pokemon X and Y and poke-bank can you get two legendary Pokemon or psuedo legendaries in your party?

I am looking into getting poke-bank on the Nintendo eShop and I am wondering if you can get two Mewtwos and two Zygardes in my Pokemon X party. Can you?

Yes. If you upload Mewtwo, Zygarde etc. to Pokemon Bank and then load them on to X, you will have 2 Zygarde and 2 Mewtwo in the same game. Keep in mind that some competitions and online battles don't allow the use of two of the same Pokemon, though you are free to use two of the same species on one team in your main adventure.
