I like your set the way it is, but you could replace Dragon Claw with something else, like Swampert suggested, Thunder Punch is nice.
Also, is this for competetive or in game?

It usally dosnt matter with charizard what you teach him as long as there good moves and you know how to use them hes one of the best pokemon in the game.

Double team - decreases foes accuracy
Dragon Pulse - Good Power and Accuracy
Earthquake - covers Rock Weakness

I would put fire blast instread of earthquake. It does make you wait a round before attacking but the damage should be worth it.

If you want to keep Sunny Day replace Dragon Claw with Solar Beam to cover all your types, and it doesn't need a turn to charge, and water moves are weakened.
