unfortunately no, bit his move sketch, can permanently copy the move that was used last by its opponent

Yes, if Smeargle uses Sketch and copies the opponent's move, Smeargle can relearn Sketch through level up. :-)

Sadly not, the only one is sketch and hey if Dialga uses roar of time your in luck.

Yeah, but Roar of Time would make SMEARGLE faint. Unless you were sketching your partner DIALGA in a double battle. ;-)
