(I am still training it to learn some moves before evolving)

Tackle

(I am going to get rid of mud-slap for earthquake and tackle for something)

Rotom(heat form) lvl 53

Moveset:
Discharge
confuse ray
ominous wind
overheat
(I already used my shadow ball tm and I don't have thunderbolt tm yet)

Mewtwo lvl 81

Moveset:
Psychic
Flamethrower
Ice beam
Focus blast
(I am going to replace focus blast with aura sphere when it gets to lvl 100)

Linoone lvl 23

moveset:
surf
rock smash
cut
strength
(He is a HM slave but I am not sure if I should keep him)

P.S Please don't get rid of my HM's I need them

So:
Charizard - Flamethrower / Fly / Air Slash / Dragon Pulse / Sunny Day / SolarBeam / Earthquake

Roselia - let's say OK

Swampert - Waterfall / Ice Beam / Avalanche (I prefer this one) / Earthquake + Rock Climb (Hammer Arm is quite good too)

Rotom - quite nice, don't replace Discharge as it has better chance of PRZing

Mewtwo - OK, but switch one of beams for Shadow Ball / Dark Pulse

Linoone - keep him as long as you'll need HM slave

Most of your Pokemon just need stronger variations of attacks they have, so get those ones. If you don't have the cash for Return TMs, then Strength makes for a decent Poor Man's version. Other than that, just find decent STAB moves for your Pokemon, because most of them are bulky and strong enough to fend without too much coverage.

TRAIN LINOONE. I have taken down SO many threats with my Linoone, Ziggy (Lv. 91 now). Definitely consider training it.

Charizard - Its OK it should have Earthquake.
Roselia - The moveset is OK.
Swampert - You should replace Tackle with Watergun.
Rotom - I don't know.
Mewtwo - Me First, Powerswap, Guardswap and maybe a fire move like Flamethrower.
Linoone - If it is a HM slave you should keep it. And the moveset is fine.
