I am going to train an glaceon in S.attack and defenses I am going to teach it wish, Ice beam, baton pass, and Shadow ball it is going to be modest it is going to be on my eevee evo team is this a good set becuase for what it can't kill it can baton pass wish to something that can so it can take the hit heal itself and pwn

You made a mistake - you don't need Baton Pass to pass Wish on! So, now you have an extra slot on your moveset.I would suggest Hidden Power [Ground] instead.
