The only reason I have teh choice specs is that my little brother found them somewhere in SS and traded them to me over the gts. I know he didn't get them in the battle frontier becuase his pokemon wouldn't last 2 battles in the battle tower(even I couldn't beat it for him with his pokemon) so he must have found them somewhere in Johto or Kanto.
