The problem is, I REALLY dislike 2-turn moves, so I want replace Dig with Crunch (Floatzel) and Fly with Aerial Ace or Crunch (Aerodactyl). PLEASE HELP :( :( :(

You are right! Dig and Fly are truely bad because the foe can switch on the attack, so do replace those!

Definitely Aerial Ace, if you want one opinion. Flying-type attacks aren't that great, so Aerial Ace or Wing Attack is probably the best you'll get.
