Okay, this might be my future B/W team, so I need improvements please.

I would give Ferrothorn Rugged Helmet, but that is just cause I'm so cruel. Get rid of that Muscle Band on Metagross and give it Life Orb. You'll also want to throw away that wimpy Iron Head and give it Meteor Mash. You should also know that Explosion does half the damage it did last Gen, so maybe replace it. You should give Ninjask a Focus Sash, and get rid of that Attract and put in Protect for some good Baton Passing, although Ninjask is no longer the top Baton Passer (that honor now belongs to Gorebyss). Emboar doesn't really need that Balloon, what it does need is a Choice Scarf. If you're going to give Emboar all those suicidal moves, you might as well have it have the ability Reckless. And get out Brick Break (it ain't goin' ta do much) and put in Superpower. Aurgh, I wish it had Close Combat, Cross Chop, or even Drain Punch. Jellicent is a bit too slow for Water Spout, give it Surf or Hydro Pump. Put Will-o-wisp on it instead of Toxic, and replace Shadow Ball with Hex. Get rid of Spiritomb, it really isn't needed. You need something fast and powerful, and nothing fits that description better than Hydregion with Choice Scarf, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, Surf.
