In pokemon emerald version you can get Regirock by opening the doors and going into the sandstorm and going right until you hit the wall and then head down until you see a cave(you might have to fight some trainers or wild pokemon because there's wild Trapinches and they won't let you escape). If you need to know how to open the doors, edit your question and put that in. Regirock is at Level 40 so bring some water type pokemon about level 35-45 with the move surf. Even though it will be super effective, he has so much sp. Def(when I got it, mine already had 200 def, and 100 Sp. Def) . So bring lots and lots of ultra Balls(it took me 47) and now you have Regirock! Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Emrald, to get through, go to the middle, take one step to the right and use srength.  But I think it's different in other games
