A good move set for Mew would be:

Aura Sphere/Brick Break
Psychic
Energy Ball
Thunderbolt
(you want to get a lot of powerful attacks for Mew since it has such high attack AND special attack)

A good move set for Tyranitar
would be:

Crunch
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Thunderbolt
