Meta Battle Subway PokeBase - Pokemon Q&A

What is a good moveset for a Blissey?

2 votes

I am using it as an annoyer, that is a pokemon that uses moves that are annoying and end up killing the opponent slowly and efficiently. She knows softboiled, toxic, psychic, and counter. I chose softboiled becuase there is nothing more annoying than a healing pokemon. I chose toxic because being poisoned is a pain the neck. I chose psychic to defend against fighting types. And I chose counter because of blisseys low defense paired with its high HP.

Chansey (F) @ Evolution Stone
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Heal Bell
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Seismic Toss
- Wish
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell
Trachy, that's the exact same set.
One is Blissey, while the other is Chansey with Eviolite.
The "set of factory made, auto-rebuilding walls"

Blissey @ leftovers
Trait: natural cure
EVs: 252 hp / 252 sDef / 4 Def
Bold / Impish nature (+def -atk/sAtk)
- sofboiled (because simply a set of machine fabricated walls would not be enough)
- double team (**** yeah)
- Protect (**** yeah)
- seismic toss (a good 100 dmg)
what is evlotion stone is it evolvite?

beacuase everstone is bad becuase you just waste a couple seconds
No healer blissey moveset :(

Here's mine:

Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
Calm Nature: (+SpDef -Atk)
EVs: 126 Def/126 SpDef/252 HP/4 Speed
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic

If you are the heal lover, change ice beam or flamethrower or thunderbolt for Softboiled

Hope this is helpful.

You'll be surprised how much this one works.

Blissey (F)@Focus Sash or Focus Band
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Gentle (-Def +Sp.Def) or Calm (-Atk +Sp.Def)
EVs: 252 HP 252 Sp.Def 4 Speed

-Counter: Here's where you use that item. Because of extremely low Defence and extremely high HP, if the opponent walks into Counter they will not live to tell the tale.
-Toxic: You can see where I'm going here.
-Protect: You guessed it.
- Soft-Boiled: Works well if you rotate between this and Protect when facing Special Attackers after Toxic. Counter is for Physical opponents.

This one is prepared for pretty much anything, barring Steel- or Poison-types with special moves, physical Ghosts, or anything that runs Rest+Sleep Talk with special moves. Other than complications like that, you're golden. :)

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 128 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 124 SDef
Calm Nature
- Block
- Toxic
- Flamethrower/Protect
- Soft-Boiled/Wish
Say hello to my famous Block Blissey! This guy leaves your opponent screaming in terror!
This thing sets up by using Block or Toxic first. If they are Physical, you want the Toxic. If they can't one-shot you, you can then use Ze Core. Block. Now they are trapped! If they are immune to Toxic, you can use Flamethrower. Or, if your want this guy to be 100% Wall, you can have it learn Protect. So I hope you like Blissey le Block.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)

  • Calm Mind (Why not?)
  • Soft-Boiled (Why won't you die already!)
  • Ice Beam / Flamethrower / Thunderbolt (Further Coverage)
  • Psychic / Dazzling Gleam (Covers all its weaknesses)

I would first max out your SAtk and SDef with Calm Mind, then heal yourself with Soft-Boiled. After that hit the enemy/foe real hard with Ice Beam / Flamethrower / Thunderbolt. Psychic / Dazzling Gleam are great moves against Fighting Pokemon.
