This is better than Butterfree, but as Trachy said, the Pokemon with Quiver Dance have no potential to use, but only with Volcarona. But Rock types won't be such a threat with Giga Drain, Fire types are the real issue that will Tear through your Bug Types, so my answer is Sort of but if against Fire types, then definately No.
