Ps I don't understand what sheer force does. It says:

"Removes added effects to increase move damage"

Sheer force takes away effects like rising attack or poisoning, and increases the attack power. Why quilava?

Actually, all the moves used by Braviary here are completely unaffected by Sheer Force.
