Noctowl lv 24
Flaaffy lv 22

I would say something like an Umbreon, because its somewhat wide movepool could help you a lot, and your Noctowl could cover its weaknesses perfectly. If that's not possible, go with Gengar.

Thanks it helped I already had a umbreon I didn't think about using it though so I just went with it!:)
