Where do you find a Dusk Stone?

I want to evolve my lampent but I don't have a dusk stone can you help me

A veteran on Route 10 will give you one, you can buy them in Black City, and I think there's another one in a cave somewhere.

You can find one in chargestone cave on B2F with the dowsing machine
