Togetic @ Eviolite

Ability: Serene Grace

Bold nature, 252 Sp. Def, 252 Def, 4 HP

Nasty Plot - Boosts special attack

Substitute - The great defenses here make substitute viable with Togetic.

Wish - For healing HP lost with substitute

Baton Pass - Hand off the boosts to a special sweeper and go wild.

I think Togetic is the best candidate in the game for baton passing a nasty plot. Not many Pokemon can learn both of these moves, and eviolite Togetic has the best bulk out of all of them (except maybe Mew), meaning it can stay alive longer and pass a decent substitute. If you time it right, you should be able to pass the Wish as well.

Double or Triple battles:

Togetic @ Eviolite

Ability: Serene Grace

Calm Nature, 252 Def, 252 HP, 4 Sp. Def

Follow Me - uses its great defenses from the eviolite to protect its teammates

Roost- Recover HP to further increase your shielding

Ancient Power- Coverage against ice, with its ability 20% chance of raising all stats (minus evasiveness and accuracy)

Baton Pass - Hand off the boosts to any other Pokémon in your team.

This build is used mainly to get pressure off your sweepers or set up in doubles or triples. It has fairly high HP and very good defenses, meaning it can withstand a couple supereffective attacks before needing to roost. Ancient power can be used whenever you have a chance and if you're lucky, you might get the boosts from it, which can then be passed on to any Pokemon on your team for a very strong entrance.
