it really doesn't take you anywhere so why is it even in existence?

I do have a suspicion that if you bring terrakion, cobalion, virizion there youll find keledo there but probably not.

If you bring Terrakion, Cobalion, Virizion, and Keldio to the moor, Keldio can be taught Secret Sword, its signature move. You can also easily find Stunfisk there.
