Go with Tyranitar. Since you are using a monotype steel team, Tyranitar's Sand Stream ability would be the best choice, as you can already use Ferrothorn to stall. However, if they do have a fire type, Tyranitar's 50% Sp Def boost would benefit him since most Fire Types and attacks are specially based.
