Question

This is mostly to speed freak, but anyone else that knows please answer. Is there a move tutor that teaches the moves: Ice punch, Fire punch, and thunder punch? If so, where is he/her and what requirments are needed? Also, how many times can it be learned each?

If you go to the frontier front in HG/SS there is a building with 3 men in it, and each move costs 64 B.P, I don't think there is a limit. as for platinum talk to the Hiker in his house on route 212, for shards, he'll give you the moves. All 3 cost 6 blue shards and 2 red shards.
