okay so i've been hearing about these roms you can get to hack into a game and change practically everything about them... where do you get them?? i want one, really bad...

First you need a emulator, so you can play the games on the computer, (many people including me) use VisualBoyAdvance (VBA) google it and try to find a good download.

As Hex said get an emulator. I also use VisualBoyAdvance, google it.
Then you need a rom. You can find one at DopeRoms and CoolRoms.
You also need ''hacking'' tools. WaHackPokemon has them. To use WahackPokemon you must either know spanish or have a translator.
