I've tucked in my pokemon but on the website it saids that none of my pokemon is sleeping , how could that be ?

It takes about a 10 minute lag, and don't forget that it works off of wireless communications, so your Ds needs to be very close to the computer.

So in other words, wait a few minutes, and put your ds next to your computer, and it should register.

You don't need your DS next to the computer. The DS does not communicate with your computer, it just uses your internet connection.
