BubbleBeam - Even with Hydro Pump's new found Accuracy, Bubblebeam has a chance to lower speed, which is crazy beast in these games, + Great PP

Signal Beam -

Confuse Ray - Great For Bosses, Packed with bubble beam, and parahax, they'll hardly ever move.
