Is it easier to get another shiny Pokemon having a shiny first in my party?

So, I was walking in Victory Road,and I ran into a wild Pokemon, I thought "Ugh, not another one!" and it was shiny. The question is, is it easier to get another shiny Pokemon with it being first in my party?

It is tagged "Durant" because the shiny Pokemon I found was a Durant. (again because of the red squiggly things...)

Still, Pokemon ARE supposed to have a capital letter...

Nope it is still the same 1/8192 chance of getting a shiny. I hope i helped you
